2. Orders & Contract
By submitting an order on our website, you make a binding offer to purchase the items listed. We will confirm receipt by email, which constitutes acceptance and forms a contract.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, confirmed orders are not affected.
Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We do not store or access your card details.
4. Delivery
Products are dispatched within the estimated times indicated at checkout. Delivery dates are approximate and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment is received and the goods are handed over to the carrier.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us by email.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
6. Warranty & Complaints
We provide a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects under Slovak consumer law. This does not cover normal wear or misuse.
If your product is defective, contact us promptly with details and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as needed.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to the use of our products, except where prohibited by law. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details on how we handle your information.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Slovak law and EU regulations. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Slovakia.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to future orders.
11. Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
We ship worldwide via trusted couriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate to avoid delays.
Returns:
If you wish to return your order under the right of withdrawal or due to a warranty claim, please email us first. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Order information:Â We collect your name, shipping and billing address, email, and other necessary details to process and deliver your orders. The legal basis is fulfilling our contract with you. Without this data, we cannot complete your order.
Contact details:Â If you reach out via email or contact form, we collect your name, email, and message content to respond to your inquiry or prepare an offer.
Payment data:Â Payments are handled securely by external payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store or see your credit card details.

Accounting & tax records: Typically stored for 10 years as required by Slovak law.
Order & contract data: Stored for the duration of our contract and warranty period, usually up to 3 years, or as required by law.
Customer account & purchase history:Â Stored while your account is active and as needed to handle complaints or legal claims.
Marketing data: Stored until you withdraw consent, or up to 2 years after your last activity.

Where we ship
We ship worldwide from our workshop in Slovakia. Whether you’re in Europe, the USA, or beyond, we aim to bring our creative fort kits to your doorstep.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During busy seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Estimated delivery times
Slovakia: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, postal delays, or local holidays.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You’ll see the final shipping price before completing your purchase.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other local charges. These are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking your country’s import policies before ordering.
